あ	あらら?arara? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恒例の週末朝の外食シリーズである。ファミレスあるいは牛丼屋食べ歩きの様相を呈してきたが、本日は松屋である。松屋といえば、牛丼以外のメニューが充実している。この点はすき家と似たような位置にあるが、定食メニューのおかげで、いくぶん選択肢が多い印象がある。「鶏と玉子の味噌煮込み鍋膳生野菜セット豚汁変更」890円 "鍋"と銘打たれたシリーズのひとつである。甘辛く仕立てられたスープに、鶏肉がゴロリゴロリと収まっている。小鍋立て式で加熱されているために、ふつふつと沸いている。大量の刻みネギが頼もしい。甘辛く、と書いたが辣油を用いているのであろう、けっこう辛い。ネギと玉子そして生野菜で中和しつつ食べるのがよろしい。豚汁は、すき家吉野家と、どこにいっても注文してしまう。当然こちらでも同様なのだが、豆腐がたくさん投入されているのがじつによい。次回もまた追加してしまうだろう。美味かったが、"にんにく使用"という記載を見落としていた。弱った、今日はお客さまとの打ち合わせがあるのだ。困った次第となってしまったが、これはこれで気に入った。期間が過ぎる前にまた来よう。 It is an ordinary weekend morning dinner series.
