★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざる蕎麦をいただきました。蕎麦はちょっと茹で過ぎの様で、香りをあまり感じなかった。蕎麦つゆももう少し鰹節の味が欲しいところ。海苔は中の下以下のクラスと感じた。天ぷらは美味しくいただきました。天つゆを別に出してくれるのは有り難い。
個人的な好みからは標準的な味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隠れ家という言葉が似合うお店ですが、お店の方は優しい応対です。蕎麦だけでなくゲソ天や野菜天もおいしいですね。皆さん良くご存知のせいか、テーブル3席を奪い合うように時間をずらしながらおいでになりますwそうそう、ここのお蕎麦はまずテーブルのヒマラヤ岩塩だけで食べてみて下さい。おいしさが分かりますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦等自体はとても美味しかったです。特にお蕎麦のお刺身。でも家庭用のガスコンロで調理しているせいか開店直後に入ったにも関わらず30分ぐらい待ってやっと出てきました。貸家を改造して等、アイディアがとてもいいのですが、客スペースよりそば打ち・調理場の方が広く、客スペースが狭くて、勝手で申し訳ないですが、なぜか食べてて居心地が良くなかったです。
