って訳でもないけど、バランスがいいんだろうな～
なんとなく引き寄せられる老舗。
特に、冷たい蕎麦類(もり蕎麦など...)が好きです。
お店の人達が謙虚な感じも好きです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が、物心ついた時にはありましたので、今日思わずご主人にお尋ねしたところ明治に開店6代目だそうです。山形では普通のそば屋で中華そば(ラーメンではありません)があります。味噌ラーメンもお薦め、蕎麦も普通に美味しいです。私のソウルフードです。いつまでもあってほしい、お店です。
I had it when I was really attached to it, so when I asked my husband today, he seems to be the 6th generation of store opening in the Meiji era. In Yamagata, you can find Chinese soba (not ramen) at ordinary soba restaurants. Miso ramen is also recommended, and soba is usually delicious. This is my soul food. It's a store you want to stay forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかりした歯ごたえのある蕎麦です。蕎麦汁は若干醤油が強いかなとかんじましたが、全体的にまとまりのある蕎麦と感じました。紅葉おろしが添えてあるのが良かったです
It is buckwheat with solid crunch. I thought that soy sauce is a little strong in buckwheat juice, but I felt it was a soba with a cohesiveness as a whole. It was nice to have grated red leaves.
