★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛刀2本、三徳2本、菜切1本、フルーツナイフ1本を研いで頂きました。
頼んでから1週間で仕上げて頂き、家に帰って早速試し切りしてみたところ、出す前よりもさらに納得のいく切れ味となっておりました。(柔らかめのトマトも力を入れずにすぱっと切れるくらいです。)
これからさらに料理が楽しくなりそうです。
ご主人がご丁寧に対応してくださるのでメンテナンスのためにまた通いたいと思いました。

 We sharpened 2 beef swords, 2 santoku, 1 natori and 1 fruit knife.
After asking for it to finish in a week, when I went home and tried to cut it immediately, it was even more convincing than before I put it out. (Soft tomatoes can be cut quickly without putting effort.)
It seems that cooking will be even more fun from now on.
My husband will kindly handle it, so I wanted to go there again for maintenance.

包丁を送ってからすぐに見積もりの電話があり、
その日から一週間弱で研ぎ終わった包丁が戻ってきました。
刃こぼれがあり、もうダメかもと思っていた包丁が綺麗に切れるようになって戻ってきました。
また、柄の交換は金属との接続部分に防水加工を施していただいてて、嬉しかったです。
また長く使えそうです。
価格も安く、大変満足しました。ありがとうございました。

今まで使った包丁で1番切れ味が良かったです。
お店が建物の2階にありとても分かりづらい場所にあります。
ディスプレイが綺麗。

裁ち鋏２丁を研磨してもらいたくて伺ったのですが、鋏の錆がひどく再生にはかなり厳しいとの事。
結局研磨の依頼はなしとしましたが、
その辺の説明を丁寧にしてくださり納得して
帰宅しました。
ついでに使い勝手の良さそうな三徳包丁をお手頃な値段で購入しました。

あまりにも・・・切れ味が良くなって正直驚いています。
ココまで違うのか！？新品で買ったときよりも全然サクサク切れます。
しかも料金もお安く、もっと早くお願いすればよかったと思いました。
接客もとても丁寧で感激です。
次回は、包丁も購入させていただきたいと思います。
