★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎週月曜日に肉汁餃子5個が半額の200円になるとの情報をTwitterで得て、期待して訪問してみた。
まずは席に座り、置いてあるメニューに目を通すも目当ての肉汁餃子はない。しかし店の表に肉汁餃子半額の表示はあったので店員さんに聞いてみる。
餃子は単品メニューでライスなどは別にまた単品で注文する必要があるらしい。小さな椀に入った卵とわかめのスープがサービスで付くとのこと。
店員さんもあまり日本語話せないらしく意思疎通がいまいちし辛い。メニューの中身も単品かコースメニューばかりで、手頃な値段の定食メニューが無いように見えたが、日本語がイマイチな店員さんに訊くのものも億劫に感じて、素直に半額の肉汁餃子2枚とライスを注文。合わせて600円。
出てきた餃子は大ぶりの羽付きで、一個をまるごと頬張ると口の中が一杯になってしまいそう。この大きさの餃子を口一杯頬張って肉汁が飛び出してきたら、口の中をやけどするのは必至だなとためらったが、思い切って一口で頬張ってみた。それなりに熱かったが肉汁は飛び出さない。拍子抜け。
皮は厚くてもちもち、具は挽肉の割合が多く、野菜の存在感は薄い。にんにく感はないので何か物足りない。餃子といえばにんにくでしょ。中国ではにんにくを入れないと聞いたことがあるが、これは本場の味なのかな。
餃子半額デーなのに店内ガラガラだし、定食メニューがないから日本人には利用し辛いのかも。
なんかいろいろと惜しい。

It was so hot but the meat juice did not pop out. Unpleasant.
The skin is thick and sticky, the ratio is high for minced meat, and the presence of vegetables is thin. Something is lacking because I don't feel like garlic. Speaking of dumplings is garlic. I have heard in China that garlic is not included, is this a real taste?
Although it is half dumplings day, it is rattle in the store, and it may be difficult to use for Japanese because there is no set meal menu.
