この店のナス味噌炒めは、たっぷりの餡が絡めてあり抜群の旨さです
餡にはひき肉も多く入っており、味噌にその旨味がよく出ています
油通ししたナスの食感も、火入りが丁度よく餡と絡みが良いです
レバニラ炒めも、野菜のシャキシャキ感、衣を付けたレバーにタレが良く絡んで、ご飯がすすみます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人でも気軽に入れます。本場の中華料理というより日本人が好む中華料理店というかんじがします。個人的には本格中華が好きなの★4としました。ただ、チューハイなど焼酎で割るお酒は濃いめなので弱い方は焼酎薄めで頼むのをおすすめします。
味噌ラーメン目当てで入りましたが、写真撮るの忘れてしまいましたが具だくさんで美味しかったです。カレーもあるので、次回はカレー目当てで訪問しようと思います。

However, liquor that is divided by shochu, such as chu-hi, is rather strong, so if you are weak, we recommend that you order a thin shochu.
I entered for miso ramen, but I forgot to take a picture, but it was delicious with lots of ingredients. There is also curry, so next time I will visit for curry.

接客も気が利いていて美味しくいただけました。
映画の予定があったので急いでいたのですが、提供も早くて良かったです。点心セットなんかもお得にいただけるみたいなので、昼飲みにも。
