Y	Y SS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナが落ち着いてきたので、久し振りに伺いました。合鴨の黒胡椒焼き、焼き鳥おまかせタレ、揚げ出し豆腐、締めにたぬきそばをいただきました。合鴨は胡椒が効いていて美味しかったです。焼き鳥は歯ごたえがある感じ。これは好みが分かれるところですね。私はやわらくてジューシーな方が好み。揚げ出し豆腐も出汁加減が薄くもなく、濃くもなくちょうどいい塩梅で美味しかったです。たぬきそばは、見た目がちょっと残念な感じ。もう少し美味しそうに盛って欲しいと感じました。おつまみ系のメニューがもっと増えるか、変わったりすればもう少し足を運ぶかも知れません。まあ、そこはお蕎麦屋さんですから期待し過ぎでしょうか。店員さんの接客はとても良かったです。 Corona has settled down, so I visited after a long time. N	Norihiro Yamazawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦駅の西口のULALAの一階にある、蕎麦と串焼きの一成。桜海老のおろしちらし蕎麦を注文。とても美味しかったです。出汁がとても美味しかったです。大根おろし、ねぎ、カイワレ等の野菜のハーモニーがサイコーでした。シャキシャキして、歯ごたえが良くあっさりしていてよかったです。蕎麦は石臼で挽いた蕎麦粉で作っているようで歯切れが良くて喉越しも良かったです。茨城県産の常陸蕎麦らしいですね。量もちょうど良いくらいでした。お値段はそこそこしましたが、美味しかったのでOKです。また、機会があれば訪れたいです。 Issei of soba and skewers on the first floor of ULALA at the west exit of Tsuchiura Station.
