友人がひれかつ定食を頼み、シェアして食べました。
一味焼きは豆腐の下に肉が入ってる。どちらもピリ辛の濃い味が染み込んでて、旨いです。肉が柔らかくてジューシー。ご飯が進みすぎる。
ひれかつもサクサクで柔らかい。とても旨いです。脂っこさがあまりなく、キャベツももりもり。
他のメニューも試してみたいですね！！

Ichimoku-yaki has meat under the tofu. Both are delicious with a strong spicy taste. The meat is tender and juicy. The rice goes too far.
The fins are crispy and soft. It's very delicious. There is not much greasiness, and the cabbage is also thick.
I would like to try other menus as well! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の中出張で土浦市へ来ました。毎年出張で来ているのですが今回はお店での飲食を控えホテル内で食事をするよう会社から指示されていたためテイクアウト出来るか電話をしました。ご主人が対応してくださりロースかつをオススメしてくれたので迷わずロースかつを注文して指定された引取時刻に到着するようホテルを出発しました。指定された時刻にお店に伺うとすでにパック詰めで用意されていました。持ち帰って部屋で開けてみるとパックいっぱいにかつが入っていました。かつはほんのり温かく噛みごたえはあるけど柔らかい感じで時間が経過しても柔らかさは変わりませんでした。とても美味しいロースかつをいただきました。また店内で気がねなく食事が出来る状況にりますよう願います。

When I visited the store at the designated time, it was already packed in a pack. When I took it home and opened it in the room, there was a full pack of katsu. It was slightly warm and chewy, but it felt soft and the softness did not change over time. I had a very delicious loin. 月一回のカツカレーも常連さんに大人気です。

一回とんかつ頼んだけど、確かに美味しい。確かに美味しいけど、一味焼きはあの店でしか喰えんのよ。
俺にとっては「一味焼きを喰う店」なんよ。
