新蕎麦の季節だからしょうがない。
諦めて降りてきてる途中にあったので立寄り。
田舎そばの大盛りを頼んだが大食漢の俺には普通盛りに感じた(笑)
そばつゆも俺には薄く、麺も太くコシも強い。
麺つゆが麺に絡まりにくくつゆを飲みながら食べた。
好みは人それぞれ。
次年子が混んでる時にどうぞ!

もりそば（細麺）と田舎そば（太麺）、それと合盛りがあります。僕は田舎そば大盛とニシンの甘露煮を注文。
旨し！旨し！旨し！旨し！旨し！
太麺はコシがあり、なかなかの歯応え。それでいて、ツルツルッと上品な喉ごし。ニシンは柔らか目で固い蕎麦との相性がバッチシ。漬け物も旨い！旨い！旨い！旨い！旨い！
一匹のカメムシがやって来ました。彼も、このお店の蕎麦が好きなのでしょう。
大盛は３００円増し。お腹一杯になりますが、いっぱい食べたい人は、５００円で一人前追加できるみたいなので、こちらもいいかも。

女将さんは優しく対応も良い。
駐車場も広々として入りやすい。

大石田の蕎麦屋はハズレがありませんね。
