★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous museum with lots of beautiful gemstone creations to buy in the giftshop - any price you can imagine, there is something beautiful to buy. Plus you can just visit the giftshop for free if you want. Bought some nice bracelets for my nieces. I'd recommend the museum itself, lots of shiny things to see ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and neat collection of gem stones. Enjoyed browsing even though I am not usually a fan of gems but tagged along initially. Ended up looking at the artististic side of physical chemistry and geology for me. Interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum is well kept. The displays of the gems are great. Though I personally disliked the fact that the same classical piece was played on loop the entire time I was in the museum. It got little boring, plus I personally think there's not much else you can see in this museum. Not saying it's bad ー I just think it's lacking something interesting that can help attract more visitors. Overall, it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting and beautiful gemstones on display, but quite small. Price for entry was too expensive at ¥600 (¥500 after discount voucher used). If you're massively into stones etc then have a look, but otherwise just look around the shop area (which is free) instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place to visit if you are into accessories and interested to birthstones. We didn't go to the museum itself which costs 600 yen. Instead we went to its gift shop where it is free. You can get souvenir here or presents to give to your partner or loved ones. I bought a necklace here worth 2٫400 yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful and very educational gem museum to visit and explore. It was very nicely set up and displayed. It also has a gem and jewelry store inside it with some very nice pieces of jewelry, the least expensive was ¥100 and the most expensive was ¥1,500,000? It also has a nice little cafe that has sweet and coffee available

P.S. don't forget about the budget :) After seeing all these beauties you may start feeling an urge to buy smth and there is a shop waiting for you to do so! ?
