★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんといってもあんこう鍋が全く臭みもなくプルプルでとっても美味しい！あまりの美味しさに感動しました。あん肝もクリーミーで美味しいし、そのほかにもからすみやお造りなど全てが美味でした。女将さんや料理長との距離も近く、会話を楽しみながら、いただくことができ、あたたかい雰囲気のお店でした。また必ず伺いたいです。ごちそう様でした！ありがとうございました。

大将の料理に対する真摯な姿勢を感じることができます。
素材へのこだわりは、半端ないです。
例えば、魚については産地だけででなく、どの漁師さんが捕った魚なのかにまで、こだわるいるそうで、その理由など、お話聞いてるととても面白いです。
また、鮟鱇の刺身のように、他ではなかなか食べられないものもあります。
どれもとても美味しかったです。
今回は、あんこう鍋のコースだったのですが、次は時季を変えて、他のものが食べてみたいです。
また、必ず伺います！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great monkfish hotpot experience. The onwer/chief initially had reservation about receiving non Japanese customers, but proved to be a wonderful host as one of us speaks Japanese. It began with great soup stock, then different vegetables and monkfish parts were added. The liver was added at last and was wonderfully rich and creamy. The congee at the end was the most satisfying way to cap off a wonderful dinner.
