l	looper ibi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12カンとお椀、巻物で5000円のところ、サービス期間中にて「お好きなものをもう１カン」。ゲタにのってくるのではなく、きちんとひとつひとつ提供される、仕事のしてあるお寿司でこれはかなりお得だと思います。初めてお伺いしましたが、この日とくに印象に残ったのは、にしきごまをつかった目にも鮮やかなイカ、納得の中トロ、そして追加で頼んだイワシ。いずれもふんわりとやさしく握られ、確かな技術を感じます。目新しさで押してくるタイプの鮨ではなく、守備範囲が広い正統派のお寿司かなと。大トロはあぶりと生、穴子も煮詰めと塩、１カンを２つに割って提供されるところ、価格を上げずに客を楽しませようという気持ちの表れかと思います。寿司屋はシェフが接客もしないといけないというところで難しい面があるうえ、こちとらひとり客なのでなおさらだと思うのですが、客に緊張感を与えず、一見の客にもていねいに対応していただけるご主人で、ひととおりで１時間ゆったり、安心してお寿司を楽しめました。 At 5,000 yen for 12 cans, bowls, and scrolls, "one more can of your favorite" during the service period.
