★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first glance, this looks like just another simple art museum. However upon taking another look, one can realize that this is do much more. The works of famous artists from all over the world such as Piccaso and Monet are proudly on display and while the museum may not be grande in size, what it lacks in quality, it exceeds in quality. To balance the western art is an impressive selection of traditional Japanese art as well as well as some contemporary pieces in addition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 800¥ to go inside, and maybe you could spend 20-30 minutes. The collection was donated by Hasegawa family for Japanese Art side of the museum. The Modern French Art collection was loaned by Yoshino Gypsum, a very big building materials company. They have very beautiful Monet’s paintings: Water-Lillies & Undergrowth in Saint-German Forest, which I was truly mesmerized by those two. They have some Picasso as well.
