 It was completed in 1987. Played 5 times from 10am to 4pm, the bell seems to be made in the Netherlands. I posted a video, so please check the tone and so on.

午後2時には鳴りませんでした。下のレビューアーは山形市西部にある別のカリヨン時計と混同している。
It only rings three times a day. It rings at noon and 3:00 pm. It is unknown when the other one will ring.
It didn't ring at 2:00 pm. The reviewer below is confused with another carillon watch in western Yamagata.
