N	Naoto Suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形の郷土料理やお蕎麦屋さんが複数店舗あります。また、お土産屋さんもあります。山形県内のお土産が数多く陳列させております。山形と言えばやっぱり日本酒です。私は山形の日本酒が大好きですが、まだまだ呑んだ事が無い日本酒が沢山あります。でも此処では一杯１００円で呑める自動販売機が設置させておりました。その自動販売機の仕組みが面白く、何種類かある一升瓶の日本酒が逆さになっていて、購入した一升瓶の日本酒が自分の目の前に止まります。そして一升瓶が降下すると蓋が開いてコップに注がれる様になっておりました。動きを見て楽しみ呑んで楽しめる自動販売機でした。さすがGI山形の日本酒です。美味しくて殆どのお酒を楽しみました。山形の旅行には外せない観光地だと思います。 There are several Yamagata local cuisine and soba restaurants. The mechanism of the vending machine is interesting, and there are several types of sake in a bottle that are upside down, and the sake in a bottle that I purchased stops in front of me. And when the bottle was lowered, the lid was opened so that it could be poured into the cup. It was a vending machine that you can enjoy watching the movement and drinking. As expected, it is GI Yamagata sake. It was delicious and I enjoyed most of the sake. I think it is a must-see tourist destination for a trip to Yamagata.

m	machi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二八蕎麦をいただきました。お蕎麦はちょっと太め、歯ごたえがあり美味しかったです!お店の雰囲気も、しっとり落ち着いた感じでのんびり過ごすことができました。ぞばつゆはかなり濃いめ。たっぷり浸けてしまうとしょっぱいかもです。蕎麦の香りを楽しむなら、つゆは控えめに浸けた方が良さそうです。 I had 28 buckwheat noodles. The soba was a little thick, chewy and delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant was moist and calm. Zobatsuyu is quite thick. It may be salty if you soak it a lot. If you want to enjoy the aroma of soba, it seems better to soak the soup sparingly.
