つくばの田んぼの中にまさかの京風うどんのお店。(茨城の人気店はこういうとこ多いです) 駐車場まで漂う匂いに誘われて、牛すじカレーうどんを迷わず頼みました。 出汁の旨味たっぷりで関東の人も満足のガツンとしたお味でせた。 家族で訪問したので、酒粕うどん、鍋焼うどんも味見できました。 酒粕を使ったお出汁のうどんは初めてでしたが、これは絶品。 何よりも打ち立ての細麺がのど越しもよく、新感覚で是非また、来たいです。 ごちそうさまでした。

The taste of the soup stock was plentiful, and people in the Kanto region were satisfied with the taste. Since I visited with my family, I was able to taste sake lees udon and nabeyaki udon. It was my first time to use soup stock udon made from sake lees, but this is an excellent dish. Above all, the freshly made thin noodles have a nice throat, and I definitely want to come again with a new sensation. Thank you for the meal.

12:30頃一人で来店しました。タブレットで受け付けを済ませましたが、1人ということですぐに席に案内されました。2人以上だとちょっと待つようで、車の中で待っている人もいました。看板メニューの酒粕うどんを注文しましたが、食べやすくおいしかったです。また、牛スジカレーうどんや煮込みうどんも人気のようです。近所なのてわまた利用したいとおもいます。

京都のうどん屋さん。つくばでは蕎麦屋は美味しい所たくさんありますが、うどん屋さんはここが一番。酒粕や牛すじ九条ネギを使ったうどんが特徴です。今日は牛すじカレーうどんを頂きました。少しピリ辛で柔らかめのうどんと相性も良いです。

初めて行きました。平日にもかかわらずお店に着いた時には8組待ちでした。店の入口にあるタブレットで順番待ちを入力します。番号とQRコードが印刷されるので、QRコードをスマホで読み取ってメアドを登録すれば、順番が近づくとメールでお知らせしてくれるので車で待ってられます。30分ほど待って入店できました。店員さんの対応も良く活気があっていい雰囲気でした。麺は細めでスルスル入っていくので1人前ではちょっとたりない感じですね。とても美味しくいただきました。全てのメニューにチャレンジしたいのでまた行きたいですね。

. 初訪店 手打ちうどん やまびこ弁天 美味しかったです。 自分は、酒粕うどん 奥さんは、牛すじカレーうどん 酒粕は絶妙な効かせ方 主張強すぎず 優しいお出汁とのバランスが 素晴らしい 具材の中でも 大根と細切りのアゲが美味しかったです。 アゲは、とても香ばしく素晴らしいアクセント。 カレーもバランスの良い感じ スパイススパイスもしておらず ジャパニーズカレーすぎず 韓国?的な唐辛子の風味も バランスに一役かってるのかもです。 麺は直前に切られてる感じ 開店5分前くらいに着いたら トントンと麺切りの音が聞こえる感じ 入店してからも 都度、切ったり麺の仕込みしたりと こだわりを感じる仕事でした? バイクラックも置いてあるので ロードバイクやクロスバイクでの サイクリング途中の ランチにも使いやすいですね? アゲと九条ねぎが気になるので また訪店したいと思います?‍♂️

Truly delicious udon. Handmade in front of you. Worth the visit if you are in Tsukuba and if you drive - because only problem is the location - it's in the middle of rice fields, not easy to find at night. Even the taxi driver doesn't know about it. Fortunately the Google map location is accurate. However I had great difficulty catching a bus back to Tsukuba center after the meal. Nonetheless I will be back again if I drive the next time.

One of the best udon restaurants on Tsukuba for sure. The udon is hand made and toppings are delicious. The ambiance is also very relaxing. Would love to go again.
