400gを注文される方が多いようです。
普段ラーメン屋でラーメンの他に小ライスつける方であれば、400gだと少しだけ物足りないと感じるかもしれません。
しっかりと歯応えがあり、武蔵野うどん程ではありませんが、シコシコと楽しいです。
麺肌はツルツル感もありますが、少しだけザラつきもあってそれがよくつゆに絡みます。
つゆのおいしさをしっかりと感じられます。
食後は割り湯ができます。
この割り湯が思っていたよりおいしくいただけました。
肉ネギうどんのつけ汁は、ネギがたっぷりです。
ネギの香り辛味が強いので、人と会う前だと食べない方がよいです。
トッピングが安くて追加したくなります。
きのこ50円、別皿で提供されるため、連れとシェアもできます。美味しかったです。
高い天井が開放感があり、個人的に好きな雰囲気でリピートしたくなりました。
支払いは現金のみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うどんと揚げ物の美味しい店。うどんは基本的に量が選べるので少食な方も安心。揚げ物は全体的にハズレが無い位に美味しいと思う。座敷席も有るので家族でゆっくり食べるにも良い。

基本の４００グラムから、どの量を選ぶのか、、、
お店の人に聞くと、男性の４００は少し少ないかなー？
な感じです。
とのことなので、４００グラムにしました。
麺は太くてコシがかなりあります。
個人的には４００グラムでも大満足できました。
（うどん以外にも天ぷら盛り合わせ頼みましたけども）
ネギ肉うどん
にしましたが、これがネギ好きには大正解でした！！
刻んだネギ、大きなネギ、焼いたネギと様々なネギの入ったお汁。
食べたあとにネギの余韻が残りまくりの、ネギ好きにはたまらないチョイスができました。
麺の冷盛、熱盛も選べるので好みで選んでください。
定食などのセットメニューも豊富にありますよ。
天ぷらは全体的にコスパ最高！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天井が高く広々とした空間に約10テーブル席（掘り炬燵式座敷含む）と中央に1人様円形大型テーブル約10人がけの店内です。
メニューはうどんメインですが、唐揚げやカレーなどもあります。
何を注文するか迷い、周りをキョロキョロ。天ぷらを食べてる方が多いので、盛り合わせ税込550円とうどん400g（普通盛り）を注文しました。
ツルツルではなく程よいコシのある麺です。熱盛りで豚ネギを注文しましたが、量も多く天ぷらを食べれるか心配。しつこくないので完食しました♪（天ぷらは2人で食べました）
そこら辺に沢山あるチェーン店も美味しいですが、コスパはこの店には及びません。近くに来たら必ず再度訪れたい候補のお店です♪

駐車場は砂利敷きですが30台くらい停められる感じでした?
古民家風の店内に入ると検温され消毒液で手指を擦ります?✨
正午前なので先客は少なく2組。（30分後には10組程になりました）
ねぎ肉つけ麺400gのあつもり¥715と
天ぷらの盛り合わせ￥550をオーダー。
待ち時間は約10分。
運ばれてきた饂飩はオーソドックスな白い麺で硬さは丁度良い感じ。
汁は少し濃いめですが つけ汁なので濃いめで○豚肉と葱が多めに入っていて美味しかったです。
天ぷら盛り合わせは5種盛りで写真の通り結構な量（メニュー表に書いてあったので抹茶塩も持ってきて貰いました）これで￥550はお得感が有り◎でした。
強風の為コロナ対策用パーテーションが飛んだり倒れたりというハプニングも有りましたが女性店員さん達の対応も良かったです?

豚バラとネギがたっぷり入った関東風(埼玉風？)の濃い目のつけ汁が美味しかったです。うどんは量が選べます。
天ぷらの盛り合わせには、紅しょうがの天ぷらもありました。初めて食べたのですが、さっぱりして口直しに良いと思いました。
お昼過ぎ頃の訪問時には、席は全部埋まっていましたが、待ち時間は短かったです。
駐車場は広く停めやすいです。

おうどんは温かくても しっかりコシが残っていて美味しいです。

〆にゆで湯(わり湯)をお願い、熱々のを水筒に入れて提供してくれます。
これ頼まない手ないですよ！別に頼まなくても良いかなと思っていた俺のバカι(｀ロ´)ノ
