★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチのまぜそば、ミニライス付き。店舗の雰囲気はとても良い。肝心のまぜそばの味ですが、食べるラー油っぽい感じで、かなりあっさりしていた。もう少しコッテリ感が欲しかったです。
Includes lunch mixed soba and mini rice. The atmosphere of the store is very good. It's the essential taste of mixed soba, but it was like chili oil to eat, and it was quite light. I wanted a little more squeaky feeling.

結論から書くと美味しかったです！
今回ははじめての訪問でした。
8,900円税別のコース予約をしました。
高級焼鳥ですね。
九州や都内の有名店でもこの金額になるコースはほとんどありません。
値段を度外しした感想は美味しかったのですが値段を考えるとコスパはかなり悪いです。
お店の雰囲気や外観、内観まで拘っており非常に落ち着いています。カウンターだけですが周りが気になるような距離感ではないので居心地も悪くないです。
サービスの部分に関してはサービスというサービスはしてこないのかなと。
良くも悪くもお願いしたらしてくれる。
何かを主体的にしてくれたお店という印象はありません。
値段の部分も勿論ですが結論美味しかったので旅行の際の良い思い出ですがこの金額だとファンはつきにくいのかなと思いました。ご馳走様でした！

This was my first visit.
I made a course reservation excluding tax of 8,900 yen.
It's a high-class yakitori.
There are few courses that cost this amount even at famous stores in Kyushu and Tokyo.
The impression that the price was disregarded was delicious, but considering the price, the cost performance is quite bad.
The atmosphere, appearance, and interior of the shop are very calm. It's just a counter, but it's not uncomfortable because it doesn't feel like the distance around you.
Regarding the service part, I wonder if there is a service called service.
If you ask me for good or bad.
I don't have the impression that it is a store that has taken the initiative in something.
The price part is of course, but the conclusion was delicious, so it's a good memory when traveling, but I thought it would be difficult for fans to get this amount. It was a treat!

付き出しから焼き鳥一品一品が全部手が込んでて全部美味しかったです。
大変満足できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They replaced some of our items for cheaper dishes without telling us, then refused to rectify the situation. It's not only dishonest, but also not the level of service from a place that it's supposed to be on the Michelin guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A supposed to be high level restaurant (as certified by the final bill) should not have this kind of service, specially if compared to the high Japanese standards.
Our waitress left the restaurant in the middle of the service and they started improvising: in five minutes they were sending dishes without almost telling us infos and stopped recollecting the finished ones.
They changed some of our dishes in a 6.900¥ tasting menu without telling us, replacing them with cheaper ones. As we asked the staff what happened, the boss refused to talk with us and settle it down, he prefered sending a waitress back with some made up excuses.
Fun fact: when you're reaching the end of your tasting, they already start closing the restaurant loudly washing dishes right in front of your face, as if you were wasting their time still being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern place and foreigners are ushered to the end of the table with English menus. Had pre-ordered online (no need deposits) for the courses of 14 pieces and it’s good pricing for tourists. There is an English speaking server attending to our seats. Your bags can be put on the table against the wall.
The start is quite promising but towards the middle, the place is rather smoky as it is an open grill concept and with more customers rolling in, the smoke gets bigger.
Food:
It’s good however, the speed of serving can be very fast towards the middle which makes me feel a bit oily. I still prefer the first few dish at normal pace, especially the neck skewer and ham is unforgettable. The mushrooms as well!
Service:
It’s pleasant and friendly.
Entire meal is around: 1.5 hours.
