旧市街の人気店はパリパリ系が多いが、焼助はパラパラ系という感じ。決してパサパサとかボソボソとかでなく、いい感じにパラッとしており、美味い。
駐車場は10台分あるが、人気店だけにお昼時は満車のことも多い。

フードもよく掃除がしてあってとても好感が持てる。オススメのお店です。

焼き方は生地、キャベツ、もやし、肉、麺、卵の順であまり押さえずに麺には軽くソースを絡めるタイプです！
焼き上がった形が凄く綺麗でソースは薄く塗ってくれます。
美味しいお好み焼きはソースは薄く、マヨネーズ無しで食べる。
絶品お好み焼きです。
駐車場は店の前だけではなく隣の月極めにもあるので車でも行きやすいですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼時来店しましたが、地元の方が多く信頼できる！と期待してたら...やはり期待できる美味しさでした！麺が、また美味しくボリュームありますがクドくなくペロと食べれました(^^)追いソースしなくても飽きずに食べれました(^^)無駄のない動きで焼いてるというレビューを見て来店したのですが本当にその通りだなぁと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり遠方の人も知っているくらいの名店です。ソースと麺の絡みがよく何処を食べても均一に美味しいうえ、無駄な湿気を飛ばしているので、持ち帰りにしてしばらく経ってもベチャ付きません。
お昼時は当然多いですが、大将のヘラ捌きを見ていると時を忘れられます。
が、限界までお腹が空いている人はあまりのいい匂いに拷問に合うくらい辛いかもしれません（笑）

全体のバランスも申し分なく、
キャベツの味も良いし青のりの風味もたまらない。
ソースも美味しい！
そしてコスパも抜群。
みんなが知ってる何処かの有名店は税別表示のうえに
ベーシックなお好み焼き以外は全て1000円を超えるなど
暴利を貪っているわけですが、
焼助さんは肉玉そばでも税込700円。
肉玉そばダブルでも800円！
色々全部入ったスペシャルでも1000円です。
まとめ買いテイクアウトしてるお客さんが多かったのも納得。
誰にでもオススメしたい店でした
