安佐南区八木の人気店ということで、行列を予想。
昼時間から少しずらして訪問したのですが、まだ４組並んでました。
本日は❝肉玉とうがらし麺￥770❞をいただきました。
正直、見た目、お味はここより上手で旨いところはたくさん有ります。
ただ、こちらのお店、全席に鉄板が有り、お好み焼きを最後まで熱々の状態で食べられます。鉄板が苦手な方はお皿で食べてもOKです。
そして卓上の調味料ですが、マヨ、鰹節、青のり等、種類豊富で自分好みに味変出来ます。ありがたいですね(^^)
店内の席種はテーブルと座敷が多数あり、カウンター席も少々。
かなりの人数が入れます。
お好み焼き店としては大規模です。
今回着席した場所からは厨房の調理風景が見れませんでしたが、ホールの女性スタッフの皆さん、丁寧な接客ながらとてもテキパキと動いて感心します。
ただ、メニュー表は最初に注文後、下げられてしまいます。
何かを追加したくても頼みにくいですね。
支払いは現金のみです。駐車場はAPORITO敷地内なのでたくさん有ります。

I visited there with a slight shift from daytime, but there were still 4 groups lined up.
Today, I received ❝ meat ball pepper noodles ¥ 770❞.
To be honest, the appearance and taste are better than here, and there are many delicious points.
However, this shop has iron plates in all seats, and you can eat okonomiyaki hot until the end. If you are not good at iron plates, you can eat it on a plate.
And although it is a tabletop seasoning, you can change the taste to your liking with a wide variety of mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes, green laver, etc. Thank you (^^)
There are many tables and tatami mats in the store, and there are a few counter seats.
A considerable number of people can enter.
It is a large okonomiyaki restaurant.
I couldn't see the cooking scenery of the kitchen from the place where I was seated this time, but I'm impressed by the female staff in the hall, who are very responsive while serving customers politely.
However, the menu table will be lowered after the first order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有名店ですがお好み焼き自体はオーソドックスです。広島駅前や観光地のお店のようにべちょべちょしてたりはなく、特徴は無いけどふっくらと焼き上げられた美味しいお好み焼きです。が、ちょっと過大評価な印象。

また、お好み焼き屋としてはかなり店内が広く、休日はかなり人が多く並びます。なお、電話でも順番受付してもらえますが、今一謎な順番で呼ばれます。
スペシャル焼きがオススメです。

2021年9月以来の訪問？で今回はテイクアウトで利用しました。14時ごろでもお客さんが多く、さすがの人気店だなぁと思いました！
テイクアウトしてから、時間が経ってたのでパリパリ感が損なわれてましたが、素材の味が活きており、ソースのベチャつきもなく美味しくいただきました！
店内では卓上調味料が豊富であり、いい特徴だったのですが、テイクアウトだとソース+マヨネーズの小袋がついてきました！

Visit since September 2021? So this time I used it for takeout. There were many customers even around 14:00, and I thought it was a very popular restaurant!
It's been a while since I took it out, so the crispness was spoiled, but the taste of the ingredients was alive and the sauce was delicious without stickiness!
There was a lot of tabletop seasonings in the store, which was a nice feature, but when it was a takeout, a sachet of sauce + mayonnaise was included!
