焼肉屋さんがあると聞いて
これは行くしかないと！！
新丸子駅って住宅街だからなかなか降りないけど
こんなところに果たしてあるのか？！
駅近ではないが住宅街の中にある牛村。
看板も小さくて焼肉の匂いがしないと
絶対通り過ぎてしまう。
月曜の夜、予約もせずに伺ったが
誰一人としてお客さんはいませんでした。
ここまでで結構不安。
店内は清潔！といった感じではなく
テーブルに備え付けてあるティッシュ箱は
油やら跳ねたであろうつけ汁でめちゃくちゃく汚い。笑
店主は無愛想、、
えー。料理が出てくるまでほんっとに不安でしかなかった。
とりあえずつまみとお肉を一通り注文。
・キムチ
かなり美味しい！本場韓国の味。
日本のキムチみたいに変な甘さは一切なく
辛味が強くて激ウマ。
・チョレギサラダ
山盛りで出てきます。
絶対シェアしなければ食べられません。
そしでドレッシングが殉情じゃない量です。
・ナムル盛り合わせ
量が多いです。でもとっても美味しい！
・ビビンバ
感動！石焼で出てくるまビビンバはお焦げが最高で
味付けも甘くておいしすぎる。
お肉は何を注文しても絶品です！！
そして分厚い。
なにここ！ほんとキタナシュラン！
リピート確定。
絶対おすすめの焼肉屋さん。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩味系のホルモンが美味しい！タレ無しで十分な味付けがされていて、肉質は柔らかく、肉の味わいも良い。ホルモン17種類にカルビ、ハラミ、野菜、キムチに4人で一人5杯飲んで23000円。一人5600円は安いわ。4時間も居たのにねぇ。また行こう。
ちなみに、1930から2100くらいは混んでたね。金曜日だったけど。

今回のメニューはロース、ハラミ、豚のコリコリ、キムチ、わかめスープ、ライス大で約3,700円でした。おじさんなので脂身が少ないメニューにしましたが、ジューシーで美味しかったです。豚のコリコリは絶妙な塩加減と食感で特に気に入りました。お値段の割に一人前の量が多いので、頼み過ぎに注意です。
ひとりでも問題なく対応してもらえますし、ご主人もポーカーフェイスなだけでとても親切でした。おススメです。
