焼肉では無く鉄板焼きです。
まあまあの交雑牛肉を不味い中途半端なタレと
oilまみれの不味い塩ダレで食べるタン塩
ラストオーダーも前倒し
飲食店でラストオーダーまでちゃんと
ウェルカムの姿勢で出来ないモチベーションなら
辞めればよい。
皿は下げるが物は売れない従業員。
残念
隣の友心もプリンス経営でした。
厨房も店員も掛け持ちでした。
卵スープもとろみ付けたら中華ごま油入れたら焼肉屋、食後のシューアイスも同じで連日は辛い。
せいぜい杏仁豆腐ぐらいは用意して欲しい。
中華の上のコースのエビチリは冷凍むき海老でも背中開いた物有るのですがそちらの方が食感がよいです。
牛肉のオイスターソース炒めは作り置きだと味が濃くなるので下味をすくするか、もしくは一緒に入っているブロッコリーかエリンギの量を増やしたほうがいいです。
麻婆豆腐は逆にベースだけ作って置いてあるようなので。麻婆豆腐は煮込み料理なのでもう少し豆腐を入れてから馴染ませた方が良いですよ。
不味い中華作るのは困難なのでそれなりの味ですが何にしてもプリンスはやる気なく、向上心はゼロ。
ホテルはトマムみたいに買い叩かれる運命か。！
本当に救いは若いサービスマンだけはは明るくて感じがよい事。
