初めて伺いましたが、想像通りの素晴らしい味! お蕎麦。天せいろについていた天ぷら用のお塩で食してみたところ、蕎麦粉の香りが口にフワッと広がり、美味しい!! お店の方の人柄も温かいです。
I visited for the first time, and it tasted as wonderful as I imagined! Soba. When I ate it with the salt for tempura that was attached to the bamboo steamer, the scent of buckwheat flour spreads in my mouth and it was delicious! !! The personality of the shop staff is also warm.

アボカドの天ぷら、美味しかったです。 出汁巻き玉子も優しい味。甘くないそばつゆで私は好みでした。

うどんと比べると、蕎麦は味や腰、食感の差がなくて評価が難しいですね。せいろ蕎麦をいただきました。9:1との事でしたが、今までに行った8割の蕎麦屋との味の大きな差は感じられませんでした。値段にお得感があれば良いのですが、それはないようです。因みに、この写真は大盛りです。
Compared to udon, soba is difficult to evaluate because there is no difference in taste, waist, and texture. I had a bamboo steamer soba. It was 9: 1, but I didn't feel a big difference in taste from 80% of the soba restaurants I went to so far. It would be nice if the price was good, but it doesn't seem to be. 名店。これは旨い。多くの蕎麦屋の手本になる蕎麦。静岡市を代表する蕎麦。辛味大根そばと、玉子とじを注文。蕎麦は細麺、辛味大根も大変辛くて文句無し。辛汁も辛口で、蕎麦が引き立つ。蕎麦は、香り、腰あり、のど越し良く、完成度が高い。薬味も手抜きなし。福井の大野在来種を使っているからか、噛むと甘みすら感じる。 店主のやる気と、探求心は素晴らしい。店主自らが、配膳・回収・最後の挨拶。文句無しの、☆5つ。

Soba is thin noodles and spicy radish is also very spicy and there is no complaint. The spicy soup is also dry, and the soba stands out. 少食な私に丁度良い量で、蕎麦、天麩羅共に美味しくいただきました❗ 大通りから一本入った一通の場所なので 調べて行った方が良いと思います
