★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦は美味い。ランチのコスパは最高です。たまに入荷した時に食べられるイワシ丼も臭みがなく絶品ですが、女性店主の接客が残念。ちょっと私には合いませんでした。味は良かったので何度か行きましたが。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二人で期待して伺いました、自分的に横柄な女性経営者に感じました、蕎麦は普通なのに、講釈が聞こえてウザく思えました、二回目は無いです。

色々と褒めたいのですが、
どうしても気になるところがありまして、
カウンターのみのお店、
高齢の女性１人での接客でした、
注文から、
天ぷら油や、茹で釜に火を入れる状態、
時間ある方にはオススメですが、
暖簾を掲げる以上、
お客様を迎える準備だけはして欲しいところですが、
お酒を知る私には、
知らない程でのウンチクがちょっと…
なかなか飲めない日本酒を
飲まないなんてどうかしてるくらいの
オススメ具合、その接客が好きな方にはたまらないのでしょうが、
他のお客さんにもやっているならば、
雰囲気を壊してしまわないか心配になります。
手打ち蕎麦屋としての要と言いますか、
茹で、水のさらし加減、天ぷらの基本など、
気になる所はありますが、
触れないでおきます。
興味がある方は一度伺ってみて下さい。
