★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の雰囲気も明るく、昼時は平日でも近所の方々が来ていて賑わっています。
天ざるそばを注文しましたが、とても美味しく、ここまで賑わう訳もわかります。
機会があればまたお伺いしたいと思います。
 The atmosphere of the shop is bright, and the neighborhood is crowded even on weekdays at noon.
I ordered Tenzaru soba, but it's very delicious and I can see why it's so crowded.
I would like to visit you again if I have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 噂通り、とても美味しかったです。基本麺類は大好きですが、蕎麦はどちらかと言うと苦手な方です。地元の方から勧められたもののなかなか伺わずにいました。食べずにいて損をするところでした。温かい蕎麦にしましたがとても美味しく、普通盛でもお腹いっぱいになり満足です。半天丼はエビ天一本にやたらと衣が着いていてイメージと違いましたが、蕎麦の美味しさで全く損した気分はありません。蕎麦はもちろん出汁がとても自分に合ったと思ってます。開店後15分ほどして伺い、既に行列で7番目でしたが、最初の一回転が終わるタイミングで、あまり待たずに入店出来ました。機会があればまた食べたいです。
As rumored, it was very delicious. I love basic noodles, but I'm not good at soba noodles. It was hard to ask what was recommended by the locals. I was about to lose without eating. I made warm soba, but it's very delicious, and I'm satisfied with the regular serving. The half-tendon was different from the image because it had a batter on one shrimp tempura, but I didn't feel that it was spoiled by the deliciousness of the soba noodles. I think the soup stock, as well as the soba noodles, suits me very well. I visited the store about 15 minutes after it opened, and it was already the 7th in the line, but when the first rotation was over, I was able to enter the store without waiting too much. I want to eat again if I have a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミニ天丼が突っ込みところ満載ですが、味付けは甘めで美味しかったです。
美味い、安い、早い、という良いお店です。
It was full of mini-tendon, but the seasoning was sweet and delicious.
It's a good restaurant that is delicious, cheap, and fast.

お昼時だったので30分待ちでしたが、
並んでも食べて満足でした。
天ざる蕎麦に鍋焼きうどん、どちらも美味しく食べ応えもありました。
お店のお姉さん方皆さんも親切な対応で、
動きもきびきびしてとても気持ちが良かったです。
今度はカレー南蛮蕎麦食べにきたいです。
Anyway, it was delicious.
It was lunchtime, so I waited for 30 minutes,
I was happy to eat it side by side.
Both Tensoba soba and Nabeyaki udon were delicious and satisfying.
The older sisters of the shop are also kind and helpful.
The movement was also snappy and I felt very comfortable.
Next time I want to come to eat curry Nanban soba.

天ざるを注文。
白色の蕎麦が到着。いやな予感･･･
更科だと思うけど、あまり蕎麦の香りを感じられずそうめんや冷や麦に近い感じで好み的にはイマイチでした。
もう少し褐色で蕎麦の香りがして弾力のあるものが好みなので･･･
卵とじなど温かい方は美味しそうなので再チャレンジしてみたい。

I think it's Sarashina, but I couldn't feel the scent of soba so much, and it felt like somen or cold wheat, so I didn't like it.
I like something that is a little browner, has a soba scent, and is elastic ...
Warm ones such as egg binding look delicious, so I would like to try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope to one day visit! I also watched the documentary and I am beyond intrigued at this families passion. As well as the entire town's passion! I will visit some day soon! The food looks absolutely delicious and I cannot wait to try the dishes. Hopefully I can try quite a few different plates. Very proud of this family. Their resilience is very strong and admirable. I know his late father must be proud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I watched a wonderful documentary on the 10 years it took to rebuild. The story of how this family lost they're father that fateful day and the struggles for his son to recreate his father's and grandfather's recipes from heart was extremely moving in my heart. I wish to one day be able to visit this beautiful city and enjoy the food of your ancestors here. God bless.
