★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦が太くて歯ごたえがあり美味い。あと天ぷらが最高！(自分はピーマンが苦手だがここのなら食える！)ボリュームもある。ただしざる蕎麦のつゆの味が毎回テキトーなのが残念。(味がおかしいと伝えるとすぐに取り替えてくれるので許す)
温かい蕎麦は不味いです笑。ざるを食いましょう。

コシがある？のだけれど…なんか全体的にモチャモチャしてる。
海老天がなんか…寿司ネタの蒸しエビを天ぷらにした感じ。

「上かしわそば」（￥780）
一関市大東町摺沢、国道456号線沿い。
久し振りの蕎麦。
蕎麦だが、真ん中にナルト。
はじめからのっていたネギの他に、刻んだネギと辛味がのった小皿が出てきた。
もう少し蕎麦の香りが強ければ、良かった。
