★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きました、場所もどの辺に有るかも分からずにでしたが、復興後の商店街としてはあの規模に成るのかなぁという大きさと思います！だだ、嵩上げしたとは言え、海の真ん前なので行かれる方は常に何処に避難しなければ成らないとの意識を持っていることが肝心と感じました！
 I went there for the first time, I didn't know where the place was, but I wonder if it will be that size as a shopping district after reconstruction! However, even though it was raised, it was important that those who went there always had to evacuate because it was right in front of the sea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここにくれば生活に必要な物は手に入る。地域の生活を大事にした復興をしていると思いました。令和時代の新たな町の形を先頭きって進んでいきそうな気がします。大手企業が出店しているのも勝算があるから来ていると思いますので、次回訪れる日を楽しみにしています。

それと、避難場所にも 行ってみました。
分かりやすい避難道路でした。

107号から市内に入ったので、建物めぐりのはじめとして、散策。
サッカーボールのような木組みが楽しい平屋。
キッチンスタジオとして利用したり、ミーティングスペースとしてレンタルできます。

図書館、専門店街は繋がっていて動線は良かったです
スーパーもまた、隣のファッションセンタしまむらと 繋がっていました
ビックリしたのは サマージャンボ宝くじ売り場が 食品売場のサービスセンターに有ったこと
アバッセたかたの外回り、専門店街を探していて無かったので くじを買うことを諦めていたけど レジ横の案内所が兼務しているとは思いもしませんでした
宝くじ当たるといいな！

アバッセたかたは、かさ上げした土地の中の商業施設の中核をなす複合商業施設で、陸前高田市立図書館も併設している。
地元スーパーのマイヤ。ドラックチェーンのツルハ。衣料チェーンのしまむら。地元の小売り商店などが集合した部分からなる。
敷地内には、大型駐車場。周りには、公園。各個人店が集まっているので、今後も陸前高田市内では1番の商業地域であるだろう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのファーストフード店のウニおにぎり?！いつ行っても売りきれでしたが、やっと買えました！美味しい！シオウニは当たり外れがあるけど、ここのは当たりです！シオウニ単体は道の駅に売っていると聞き、早速買って帰り、半分熱々ご飯と残り半分ウニパスタにしました。激ウマ。醤油やのカフェもあるし、良いですよ！

I heard that Shiouni alone is sold at the roadside station, so I bought it immediately and went home with half hot rice and the other half Unipasta. Super horse.
