ピ	ピロシチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数日間の腹痛と下痢症状が続き、職場近くのこちらを受診しました。待ち合い室の並んでいる人の人数よりは待たされた印象ですが、そのぶん診察が丁寧なのを期待して待ちました。 30分ほどで診察室に呼ばれました。問診は他の町医者の先生よりは丁寧な様子ですが、「ではベットに仰向けになってください…」の後は早い早い。。。何箇所か下腹部を圧迫し、「はいっ。席に戻ってください」と。診察結果は、感染性の腸炎ですと言われ、3種類のお薬が出され、食べていいものといけないものの説明はやや丁寧でしたが、、、薬を飲みきっても全く症状変わらず。。。検査もしてなくて、感染性が分かるはずもないのですが…。私看護師です（笑）ここの医師は、私と同じような症状の方は、皆さん同じ診断をされると思います。同じ症状でも、病気は全く異なることもあるのに。仕方がなく、数日後に自宅近くの消化器内科を受診すると、過敏性腸症候群と診断され、その後全く違う薬を処方されると、劇的に改善しました。そのクリニックでは、薬だけでは治療が困難なことや、今後どのように病気と付き合うかなどを説明を受け安心しました。ちなみに、そこのクリニックの医師は、「どんな時にどう痛むかや、下痢の頻度や場所は聞かれなかったの？」と不思議そうでしたが、矢吹内科ではそのような具体的質問はなかったです。それを聞けば、ある程度正確な診断ができたそうです。申し訳ないですが、基本的な問診能力が疑われていると思います。。。 After several days of abdominal pain and diarrhea, I visited this place near my workplace.
