★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名物の焼きそばもありますが、日替り定食にタン麺のセットが、リーズナブルでボリューミーなので、ついこちらを選びます。
杏仁豆腐も付いていて、しかもタン麺はハーフと大盛りと選べて、分厚いチャーシューや海老や野菜がゴロゴロ入って具沢山。
本格中華の味わいで、この麺だけでもお得感・満足感があります。
ただたまに当たり外れがあり、麺が固まっていたり、メインのおかずが美味しくないこともあります(黒酢酢豚の時は甘過ぎるケチャップ味？だったり)。
ここ何ヵ月かは不味いのに遭遇していませんので、大丈夫だと思いますが、無難なのは中華粥セットですね。
点心とセットであっさりしてるので女性にお勧めです。
 There is also a specialty yakisoba, but the tanmen set for the daily set meal is reasonable and volumey, so I just choose this one.
It also comes with almond tofu, and you can choose between half and large tanmen noodles, and there are plenty of ingredients such as thick char siu, shrimp and vegetables.
With the authentic Chinese taste, this noodle alone has a great deal of value and satisfaction.
Sometimes it's a hit, the noodles are hard, and the main side dish isn't delicious (it's too sweet ketchup for black vinegar sweet and sour pork?).
I haven't encountered any bad taste in the last few months, so I think it's okay, but the safest one is the Chinese porridge set.
It is recommended for women as it is easy to set with dim sum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中之島フェスティバルタワーにある横浜名物かた焼きそばの梅蘭さん。外はカリッと中はふんわりなかた焼きそばです。ランチはワンタンと杏仁豆腐が付いたお得なセットでした。この時初めていただきましたが、不思議な感覚の焼きそばで美味しかったです！
Mr. Umeran, a famous Yokohama fried noodle in Nakanoshima Festival Tower. The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy fried noodles. Lunch was a great set with wonton and almond tofu. I had it for the first time at this time, but it was delicious with a mysterious feeling of yakisoba!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「餃子とラーメンと焼飯」という少し場違いなポンコツオーダーをした。しかし私は「ラーメンと焼きそば」と言ってたみたいで「らーめんアンド焼きそば」がやってきた。とても美味しかったけど、自分のポンコツさ加減に軽～く凹んだあの日のあの時の思い出。

大阪でも何店舗かあるけど、こちらの中之島フェスティバルプラザのお店が好きです。

とても豪華でボリュームもたっぷり！！
子どもの分として、単品で海鮮粥を注文したら、おいしくってパクパク食べてました。
ふだんは、梅蘭焼きそばのランチをいただくことが多いです。
辛口や海鮮入りなど、その時の気分に合わせて。。。
お店の方もフレンドリーで親しみやすい方ばかり。

セットのコスパも良心的。
接客が並以下なところが残念過ぎる(ええとこに店出してるのに)。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有名な焼きそばですが、量の割に味が単調、色も少なく、もう少し野菜の種類が欲しかった。
場所的にフェスティバルホールの公演前後利用者が多くて安定な店だと思いますが、公演スケジュールに合わせた柔軟な対応がもう少しできてたら良かったのになぁと思いました。
It's a famous yakisoba, but the taste is monotonous for the amount, the color is few, and I wanted a little more kind of vegetables.
I think that it is a stable store with many users before and after the performance of the festival hall in terms of location, but I wish I could have a little more flexible response according to the performance schedule.
