ハワイのトランプホテルにあった！
アメリカンらしくTボーンのコースにしました。
ゴージャスな雰囲気で、お客さんはとても少なかったので優雅な時間でした。
選べるステーキソースがいっぱいあって美味しくいただきました。
出てくるのがすごいゆっくりでした。
An American steakhouse headquartered in New York on the 1st floor of Herbis Plaza.
It was at the Trump Hotel in Hawaii!
I made it a T-bone course like American.
It was a gorgeous atmosphere and it was an elegant time as there were very few customers.
There were a lot of steak sauces to choose from and it was delicious.
It was really slow to come out.

エントランスから店内も高級感があってとても素敵でした。
雰囲気は高級だけど、接客は堅苦しくなく、丁寧でありつつフレンドリーでとてもよかったです。
お値段はお高めですが、十分にその値打ちがあります。
また行きます。
The meat is really delicious! The sauce was also delicious.

メインのステーキ食べれなくなるので学習して前菜少なめ
サラダは2〜３人前と言われましたが４人でも全然大丈夫です！
肝心のステーキは数量限定位の熟成肉のTボーンステーキ！
数量限定でもコロナ渦のおかげで頼めます！
サーロインとフィレのいいとこ取りのTボーンステーキですが
肉肉しくて脂身の少ない赤身で美味しいです
Tボーンも2〜３人前だったので追加でフィレも頼んでおいてたんですが
こちらのフィレの方が柔らかくておいしかったですww

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでお肉をいただきました。ドライエイジングされたT-ボーンステーキは肉の旨味たっぷりだけど脂っぽ過ぎず、ペロリと完食。ポップオーバーも軽くて思ってたより食べれちゃいました。ウルフギャングよりこちらの方が好きかも。
I had meat for lunch. The dry-aged T-bone steak is full of meat, but it's not too greasy, and it's completely eaten. The popover was light and I could eat more than I expected. Maybe you like this one more than Wolfgang's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やっぱりステーキはミディアムレアのリブアイに限る！
こちらのお店のT-ボーンはミディアムウェルダンだからか、ややクセが強く、個人的に苦手です。
しかし、前菜やポップオーバー（中身がスカスカのどでかいパンパン）、デザートなどは美味しかったです。
また何度も来たいと思っています。
女性スタッフなどのサービスは良かったのですが、
受付の男性の方、もう少し、上手なスマイルの練習をした方がいい気がする・・・。
愛想笑いが見え見えすぎて、なんかテンション下がってまう〜

The T-Bone in this shop is medium well-done, so it has a strong habit and I'm not good at it personally.
