T	Takahiro Sagara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻辣刀削麵850円。乾麺でなく、ちゃんと麺の塊を削って作っている刀削麵で、厨房の中の麺を茹でる鍋のあるコーナーがガラス張りで、削っている様子が見えるようになっています。メニューには「本場激辛！」と書いてありますが、スープは辛さも痺れもそこまでではありません。でも日本仕様の麻辣とも違う味で、また少し酸味を感じるスープです。麺は柔らかめの茹で加減でした。テーブル上にはラー油と山椒が置いてあるのでお好みで。個人的に刀削麵は汁なしで食べるのが好きで、それがないのが残念ですが、汁ありに加え「焼き」はあるようなので次回試してみたいところです。 Maraki sword cutting iron 850 yen. r	r n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻辣刀削麺とニラ玉のせご飯セットでオーダー。少し味が薄く感じましたが、全体的には纏まっていてバランスは良く美味しかったです。麺は結構薄くびらびらな感じでした。ニラ玉ご飯はすごく美味しかったです。スープも美味しかったけど、セットとしては申し訳ないですが、要らなかったかな。テーブルに花椒が置いてあったのは良かったけど、古くなって来ているのか、香り・痺れとも飛んじゃってる感じでした。次回は羊肉刀削麺食べたいな。 Order with Mala sword-cut noodles and leek ball rice set.
