近	近藤竜太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年10月29日(金)のランチタイムに訪れました。「韓国式ちゃんぽん」のルーツになった中国山東省の麺料理という事で北京チャンポン(炒碼麺)が気になり、北京チャンポン定食を注文しました。北京チャンポン(炒碼麺)の味は、激辛ではなく程よい辛さで豚肉と海鮮の出汁が効いていて、スープを飲み干す事出来ました! また、イカ、イイダコ、エビといったシーフード類が具材なのも嬉しかったです! 一般的な中華料理店ではなかなか見かける事がない炒碼麺を食べる事が出来て満足です! ごちそうさまでした。 I visited at lunch time on October 29, 2021 (Friday). I was interested in Beijing Champon (stir-fried noodles) because it was a noodle dish in Shandong Province, China, which became the root of "Korean style champon", so I ordered a Beijing Champon set meal. The taste of Beijing Jjamppong (stir-fried noodles) was not so spicy but moderately spicy, and the soup stock of pork and seafood worked, so I was able to drink the soup! I was also happy that seafood such as squid, octopus, and shrimp were the ingredients! I am happy to be able to eat stir-fried noodles that are rarely seen in ordinary Chinese restaurants! S	Sen M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りがかりで美味しそうだったので行ってみました。自家製麺のちゃんぽん麺が看板メニューみたい。麺はイタリアンのリングイネのようなスライスすると楕円形のやや太めのもちっとした麺でした。白湯ちゃんぽんを頼みましたが、海鮮がたくさん入っていて食べ応えがありました。美味しかったです。ちゃんぽん麺にごはん、水餃子、小鉢、杏仁豆腐がついていました。ほぼ全てが糖質なので背徳感が半端ではないですが白米を白湯にくぐらせて食べるのは最高においしかったです。年末の平日13時半ごろ行きましたがお店は空いていました。 I went there because it looked delicious as I passed by. I went there around 13:30 on weekdays at the end of the year, but the shop was vacant.
