★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで3回利用しました。担当さんが初の男性でしたが、話しやすい担当さんで、今まで女性しか嫌だった私でも楽しくお話しできました(*´▽｀*)
また、髪の毛を洗い流していただいた方も、丁寧で気さくな感じで良かったです(○´∀｀○)
今度はおすすめしてもらったカラーをやりたいと思います(＾□＾)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全般的にきちんとしたお店だなぁという印象。店も綺麗で可愛い。白髪が多い私は45日以内のカラーがすごくありがたい。カットは私は良い感じにしてもらえてます。
The overall impression is that it is a decent shop. The store is beautiful and cute. I have a lot of gray hair and I appreciate the color within 45 days. The cuts make me feel good.

店長さんにも何度かカットしてもらいましたが、店長さんは毎回満足するさすがの技術とセンスを持ってますね！
After all it was a disappointment by the hairdresser, so I regret not to name it ....
The manager asked me to cut it a couple of times, but the store manager has the same technical and sense that I am satisfied every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カットとパーマに大変満足しています。店長さんにやっていただいたので指名料はかかりましたが、技術が高い割にはお値段はお得と思います。サービスはシンプルで雑誌などは置いてなかったので(コロナなので？)自分で本やタブレットを持っていくといいと思います。
I am very happy with the cut and perm. Since the store manager did it, there was a nomination fee, but I think that the price is reasonable for the high technology. The service is simple and I didn't have any magazines (because it's a corona?), So I think it's a good idea to bring your own books and tablets.

仕上がりもよくきちんとした美容室なのに、価格もリーズナブルなので、ついつい襟足脱毛とか鼻毛脱毛とかもやってもらいそうになります!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サロンが出来たころから通っていましたが、数年前にやめました。
アシスタントがシャンプーをしてくれますが、人によって丁寧だったり、雑だったりします。人の入れ替わりが多いのが原因。
スタイリストが頻繁に店舗を異動、退職するので、そのたびに担当スタイリストが変わり、好みのヘアスタイルにならない。
予約制度を導入したころから、電話するたびに「10分すぎるとキャンセルになります」としつこく言われる。
その割に予約時間前に行っても、5～10分待たされる（スタイリストを指名）
会員になると安く感じるかもしれませんが、横浜駅近辺のサロンと比べるとむしろ割高。ホットペッパービューティーでクーポン使った方が良いお店が多い。
ここのサロンはオーナーの意向が強いようで、商業サロンのためか、お店の都合で客側は不都合を被る。おじさんサラリーマン向き。

The salon here seems to have a strong intention of the owner, and the customer side suffers inconvenience due to the convenience of the shop, probably because it is a commercial salon. Suitable for uncle office workers.
