★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヘッドスパの利用だけで入りましたが、本当に酷かったです。まずは受付の段階でヘッドスパだけかという態度で、うんざり。
そして、実際にスタートすると、ずっと耳に水が入り最悪でした。シャンプーもロクに出来ない。
角度おかしいと思ったのだけど、案の定。
ずっと耳に水が入りっぱなしで、新人なら分かりますがよくよく、調べたらディレクターでした。
終わって、ドライヤーも適当、少しぐらいヘッドスパでお金取るなら肩のマッサージとか無いのかな。横浜だからなのか。
東京と違ってサービス落ちるのかな、そんなはずないよな、しかし横浜のイメージが下がりました。もう少し、20年も歴があるなら初心に戻ったのがいい気がする。新人に任せ過ぎなのかな。

短髪でお願いしたのに、横しか切らない
確認はさっと鏡見せて終了。回転良くしたいのかあっけなく終わって3000は高い。出張なので仕方無いと思うけど、２度と行きません。
