お店1番人気のペスカトーラはトマト感はそんなに強くなくて
魚介の出汁と旨味がしっかり出てて麺はもっちり
ゴルゴンゾーラやタレッジョなど4種のチーズを使ったチーズリゾットは絶妙なアルデンテでチーズが濃厚で大好きな味
そして牛ホホ肉の煮込み
これが柔らかくてホロッホロ＆ぷるん～
しっかり濃い目のソースも美味しかったです
ごちそうさまでした♪

The most popular restaurant, Pescatora, doesn't have a strong tomato feel
The noodles are firm with the seafood soup and umami
Cheese risotto using 4 kinds of cheese such as Gorgonzola and Tarreggio is exquisite al dente and rich cheese and favorite taste
And stewed beef cheek meat
This is soft and horror holo & purun ~
The sauce with solid darkness was also delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しいスパゲッティー専門のイタリアンレストラン。おすすめはペペロンチーノです！スパゲッティー以外のメニューも本格イタリアンで美味しいです。今回はポークのピッツァイオーレをいただきましたが次はマルゲリータとソーセージも美味しそうだったので試してみたいです。ワインも種類が多くてとてもいい雰囲気がするお店です。オススメします。
土日は予約をしたほうが良さそうです。店が小さいので大人数では来ないほうがいいでしょう。あとマスターがとても優しくて話しやすいです！
An Italian restaurant specializing in very delicious spaghetti. I recommend Peperoncino! Menus other than spaghetti are also authentic Italian and delicious. I had pork pizza this time, but next time I would like to try Margherita and sausage as they seemed to be delicious. There are many kinds of wine and it has a very nice atmosphere. I recommend it.
It seems better to make a reservation on Saturdays and Sundays. Since the store is small, it is better not to come with a large number of people. Also, the master is very kind and easy to talk to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく強気な店。客に手の消毒をさせても、厨房スタッフはマスクなし調理。強気！でも、入り口にコロナ対策実施店のステッカーははってある。
なんの具もないペペロンチーノ900円。強気！当然他のパスタは2000円近い。強気！接客に笑顔なし、無表情。強気！！！ランチメニューなんてあるわけない！強気！
味はおいしかった！でも私がよくいくカフェのパスタとの違いがよくわからなかった。値段は半額以下のパスタだけど。わたしがバカ舌なのかも。そんな気さえする強気な店でした！

ランチのお得感はまったくありませんが、味は変わらず最高。
昔はかなり混んでたけど、今回たまたまなのかわかりませんが12時半くらいで客は自分たちだけ。
味はかなりいいのでオススメです。
I went there for the first time in 10 years.
There is no good value for lunch, but the taste is still the best.
It used to be quite crowded, but I don't know if it happened this time, but at around 12:30, we were the only customers.
The taste is pretty good, so I recommend it.

パスタを中心としていますが
プリモピアット、セコンドピアットもどれも美味しく
名古屋では唯一本物のイタリアンが楽しめます。
人気メニューの魚介を使ったトマトソースのペスカトーラは
このプライスゾーンのなかで日本トップクラスの美味しさです。
ちなみに
私がよく食べるのは春先であれば
アサリとジェノベーゼのパスタ。初秋であれば茄子を使ったシラクーサ。
冬の季節にはエンリコのリゾットを頂きます。
お料理もスペシャルですが
ドルチェのティラミスも
かなりおすすめです。
30年前にミラノに仕事ででかけた時に頂いたティラミスと同じスタイル、ほぼ同系の味加減で当時びっくりして感動したことを思い出します。

I remember being surprised and impressed at the time with the same style and taste as Tiramisu, which I received when I went to Milan for work 30 years ago.

カウンター席からキッチンが見渡せる感じのお店で、僕は友達オススメの?アマトリチャーナ（大盛り）を注文しました。
キャンプ帰りで疲れていた事もあったのですが、フォークが止まりませんでした??
ソースは生クリーム、鷹の爪入り。旨味が濃厚でピリリとしたスパイシー感が味を引き締める感じでした。
パスタは絶妙なアルデンテでお酒も進みました?

I ordered ? Amatriciana (large serving) recommended by my friend at the restaurant where you can see the kitchen from the counter seats.
I was tired on my way home from camp, but the fork didn't stop ??
The sauce is fresh cream and hawk claws. The umami was rich and spicy, and the taste was tightened.
The pasta was exquisite al dente and the sake went on ?
