k	kouranos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桜山のアンティーク家具に囲まれたイタリアン。テーブル席は満席で大盛況。カウンター席は辛うじて1名の先客のみだった。奥まったカウンターは日昼でも夜の雰囲気。イタリアンのお店でランチは「パスタ3種、ピザ、お肉」のレパートリー。オイルパスタがあさりだったので嬉しくなったが、お肉がトマトソースのチキンのオーブン焼きを見つけて即決でお肉ランチに。【本日の注文】 ●チキン(若鶏)のオーブン焼き　1,150円ランチにはスープとサラダも付いてくるがお肉はライスも付いてくる。ご飯大盛+100円との事で大盛コール。生ビールが登場したらバートランドの生ビールだった。ハイネケンのネオンサインはインテリアのようですね。グラスビール程のバートランドと同時にスープも提供される。セロリのスープでコンソメベースであっさりタイプ。ライスを盛り付けながら、ご飯の量をこれぐらいですか？とお気遣いされる姿に優しさを感じる。きっとオーナーの奥様なのかな？サラダと若鶏のオーブン焼きがのったプレートが登場。盛り付けも鮮やかでボリュームも満足。想像以上に満足感あるプレート。早速チキンにナイフを入れるとスーッと切れる柔らさ。皮面はしっとりタイプで肉も柔らか。肉汁がトマトソースと混ざり濃く深くなる。 2切れの若鶏のチキンだがなかなか美味しい焼き加減。トマトソースもさすがイタリアン。ニンニクとトマトをベースにしてチキン用のお肉ソースに仕上がっている。サラダもドレッシングが美味しく、チキンとサラダでヘルシーな感じ。先程盛られたライスは洋食屋のライス的な炊き具合。ガス釜だろうか？少し芯のあるライスで個人的には好きな炊き具合である。御馳走さまでした‼︎!
