工	工藤慎太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言下の土曜日、江の島駅　海鮮　でググって訪問。１２時直前に店の前に着いたが中に人影なく「営業しているのかなぁ～」と思いながらウロウロしてるとお店から若いお嬢さんが「どうぞ！」と笑顔で招いてくださり、入店。メニューを渡され丁寧に説明してくれる。残念ながら禁漁期ということで、生シラスは提供されていない。いろいろな魚が乗ったWATATSUMI丼をオーダー。メニューには「仕入れにより多少の中身変更あり」とあったが、マグロ赤身２切れのところ、赤身とトロが１切れづつで、嬉しい誤算。他には、「白身」、「ブリ？」、「サーモン」、「名前わからない」、が２切れづつ。加えて「釜揚げシラス」、「サクラエビ」。あと丼の中には野菜（たしかレタスだった）、ワカメも入っている。醤油も２種類用意してくれる（昆布醤油と普通の醤油）。マヨネーズも。私は昆布醤油でいただいた。甘めの醤油が刺身に合う。ほんの少し塩っけのある、釜揚げシラスとサクラエビにも絶妙に合う。そもそも刺身自体も新鮮で美味しい。嬉しくて笑みをこぼしつつ、ガツガツと喰い終わった。会計でお嬢さんに、「トロが入ってましたね？」と聞くと、「主人がうまく仕入れてくれたので、、、」と謙遜。写真よりグレードアップするのはあまりないのではないか。主人というのは、夫という意味だろう。コロナ禍の中、若夫婦で切り盛りしているのだろう。。たいへんだろうけど、頑張って欲しい。次は生シラスを食べに行こう。 Saturday under the state of emergency, Visited by google at Enoshima station seafood.
