シ	シビル丼 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/02訪問海鮮丼を喰わせる店とは思えない店名のこちら。鎌倉は小町通りから1本離れた路地に店を構える名店。 1歩足を踏み入れると、古民家風、隠れ家風の鎌倉イズムを感じる小洒落た店内。評価も高く、期待が大きい。釜揚げしらすとのハーフ丼を食べたかったものの、ハーフ丼の場合にはセットにする必要があるようだ.. ビールも楽しみたいし、腹のキャパと相談して単品の中落ち丼をお願いした。来た。三崎の問屋から仕入れた鮪だそうだ。キラキラとした鮪のすきみが盛りだくさん。ごくり。丼は女性でも食べやすそうなサイズで、男性目線で言うも少しばかり小振り。あ、おいしい。三崎の鮪との事なので冷凍鮪なのだろうが、解凍がしっかりしているのか、ドリップの生臭さ等も皆無でとても爽やか。問屋の名前も覚えておかないと。ご飯もほんのり、ほんのりと感じる酢飯で酸味ではなく甘味を強く感じる仕上がり。おいしいなあ。釜揚げしらすも食べたいし、何よりお椀が逸品だと聞いているため、近いうちに再訪し、確かめるべき名店であった。ごちそうさまでした。 2021/02 visit This is the name of the restaurant that you can't think of as a restaurant that eats seafood bowls.
