★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15年ほど前、横浜行きの深夜バスを待って４時間ほどお店に粘っていました。嫌な顔もされず対応してくれました。とても感謝しています。今でも時々、思い出しています。感謝です。
About 15 years ago, I waited for a late-night bus bound for Yokohama and stayed at the store for about 4 hours. He responded without any unpleasant face. I appreciate it very much. I still remember from time to time. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋焼うどんを頼んだのですが、出汁が入っておらず焦げた臭いで気がつきました…。４人での食事だったのでセルフサービスのお茶をポットで入れようと「HOT」を押したらただの熱いお湯でした。スタッフに確認しましたが、熱いお茶が出るのか白湯が出るのか分からないって言われ立ち去られてしまい…ちょっとこの店舗ヤバすぎて面白いです。アルバイトさんだけで運営させてるのかな…
I ordered Nabeyaki udon, but I noticed that it didn't contain soup stock and had a burnt smell. It was a meal for four people, so when I pressed "HOT" to make self-service tea in a pot, it was just hot water. I checked with the staff, but I was told that I didn't know if hot tea or plain hot water would come out, and I went away ... It's a little too dangerous and interesting. I wonder if it is run only by a part-time job ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽しみにして二人で和食さとに行きました。食べ放題を注文したのですが、最初に具材が来てから追加は中々来ませんでした。 鍋の火を切る事態に陥り、食べ放題とは言えませんでした。又 同時にたのめる一品も中々来ませんでした。あまりにも遅いのでボタンを押して店員を呼ぶと「店が混んで 遅れて申し訳ない」と言われましたが それならメニューから外すべきと感じました。本当に残念な夕食となり、注文した品を食べ終えて 早早に店を後にしました。非常に残念で 星すら付けたくない気分になりました。
Looking forward to it, we went to Japanese food together. I ordered all-you-can-eat, but I didn't get any additions since the ingredients first came. I fell into a situation where I turned off the fire in the pot, so I couldn't say that it was all-you-can-eat. At the same time, there weren't many items to enjoy. It was so late that when I pressed the button and called the clerk, I was told "I'm sorry that the store was crowded and I was late", but I felt that I should remove it from the menu. It was a really disappointing dinner and I left the restaurant early after eating the items I ordered. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to star.

さとしゃぶを頼み、一時間ほどしたところで追加の出汁を頼んだが来ない。
少し待って、もう一度頼むが、まだ来ないので直接定員さんに声掛け。
さらに待って出汁が来たのが食事終了15分前。
出汁足してマロニーだけ食べました
味は安定の美味しさで、家族全員喜びましたが少し残念でした
I visited around 14:30 after noon, but it seems that there are still more customers
I asked for Sato Shabu, and after about an hour I asked for additional soup stock, but it didn't come.
Wait for a while and ask again, but I haven't come yet, so I talked to the capacity directly.
It was 15 minutes before the end of the meal that the soup stock came after waiting.
I added soup stock and ate only Maloney
The taste was stable and the whole family was happy but a little disappointed.
