D	David Bekhor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled on this place my first night in Japan looking for a restaurant around Shinagawa station. Great find. It's on the second floor up the elevator. Ordered the bonito and the black hair beef (I assume that's a breed of Japanese Wagyu). They sear it over burning straw right in front of you. Incredible deeply smoky flavor and both the bonito and the beef just melt in your mouth. The bonito mostly raw and the beef cooked to juicy fatty perfection. One night in Tokyo and already I'm spoiled for tuna forever!

Been living in japan for more than a century and used to eat jaoanese food but this one is really cool. Its always fully booked so i recommend to make a reservation or go late night hours to get a seat

Lots of locals dining here after work so it is very lively. Try the bonito (exceptional) and the bamboo baked yuzu-citrus miso It is located on the second floor of the building.
