★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドクターの無料カウンセリングが雑過ぎます。機械でも出来るコースの説明だけ。専門用語を知ってる前提で淡々と話されても何も分かりません。
サイトには「無料カウンセリングでは、ニキビのお悩みをはじめ、肌の状態、スキンケアなどをお伺いし、ニキビができてしまう原因や、ニキビ治療の方法について、詳しくご説明いたします。」と書いてありましたが、実際の中身は「治療のコースと料金の提示」でした。
心から治してあげたいと思っていないのに、お客様の事を考え〜みたいな上っ面をサイトに書くのはやめてほしいです。
受付の方の対応、電話対応はとても丁寧で助かりました。それだけに、残念です。
The doctor's free counseling is too cluttered. Only the explanation of the course that can be done with a machine. I don't understand anything even if I speak plainly on the premise that I know the technical terms.
On the site, "Free counseling will ask you about acne problems, skin condition, skin care, etc., and will explain in detail the causes of acne and how to treat acne." There was, but the actual content was "presentation of treatment course and fee".
I don't really want to cure you, but I want you to stop writing on the site like "Thinking about the customer".
The receptionist's response and telephone response were very polite and helpful. That's a shame.
