k	kentaro shiga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しました。ゆきって店員は感じ悪いです。飲み放題のコース料理で予約して、飲み放題対象のお酒だけを頼んでいたはずなのに、何故か会計時にドリンク３つだけが別料金になっていた。指摘しても非をろくに詫びずさっさとその場を去ろうとする。客商売する人間としてはいかがなものか。コロナでしばらく外食してなかったし、久しぶりに楽しく飲もうと思っていたからかなり残念で気分悪かった。 2度と利用しません。 I used it for the first time. The clerk feels uncomfortable. I should have made a reservation for an all-you-can-drink course meal and ordered only all-you-can-drink liquor, but for some reason only three drinks were charged separately at the time of accounting. Even if I point it out, I will not apologize and try to leave the place immediately. How is it as a person who does customer business? I hadn't eaten out in Corona for a while, and I was thinking of having fun drinking after a long time, so I was very disappointed and sick. I will never use it again.
M	Mar K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書かれてますが、味は少し濃いものの美味しいです。また、接客も高級感はなくとも教育が行き届いているような感じでとても雰囲気良く、個人的にランチのローテーションの一角を占めていました。ただ11/24に伺ったときに「本日は研修のためランチはお休みです」と書いてあり、残念に思い翌日行ったのですが、その翌日が店員さんの感じ良さが完全に消えてるわ、お箸、お水、おしぼりは料理が出てきて、こちらから頼まないと出てこない有様。私だけかなと思ったのですが、他のお客様に対しても同じような感じだったので、「昨日研修して、これ？」と大変がっかりしました。いつもいらっしゃった感じの良い店員さんもいなかったので、体制でも変わったのでしょうか。たぶん、私が今後行くことは無いと思います。 PS)味は相変わらずおいしいです。 Others have written it, but the taste is a little strong but delicious. M	Mr. average on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すみれなんてほんと数年ぶり！久々行きましたが、なんと最後の一卓をギリゲット！同じエレベーターのお客さんは満席で帰っていました。おー、ラッキー！とにかくメニューがイケててどれも美味しそう！！焼き鳥は基本200円するので結構お会計いっちゃうかなーと思ったら一人3500円行かず！おお、思ったよりコスパ良し！味はどれも外さず美味しかったです。一つだけ残念なのはことごとくメニューの写真と実物が違うものが出てくるところですかね。期待が膨らむだけにちょっとだけ残念でした。美味しいんですけどね。 Sumire is the first time in a few years!
