仕上がりもナチュラルで、周りからも、痩せた？顔が小さくなった？と言われ、とても満足しています。
大手は忙しくてカウンセリングが雑なイメージがありましたが、施術していただいた先生（世良先生）は、今まで行ってきたクリニックの中で1番丁寧で的確で、予算内で色々な提案をしていただきとても感動しました。
話しやすく知識も豊富で、色々相談させていただきました。
症例写真を拝見させていただき、自然でナチュラルな仕上がりだったので、今度は二重もお願いすることにしました。
これからはずっと世良先生にお任せしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かお世話になっていてとても満足しています。先生がとても親切です。ただ、施術後の経過の流れや注意事項に関する説明が特に何もないのが気になります。まとめられてる紙やページへのQRコードを貰えると安心できると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待合も施術室もとてもキレイです。待ち時間は他のコメントで書かれているほど、長くは感じません。
カウンセラーさんも看護師さんもとても感じが良いです。
ただし、先生は微妙。他の大手美容クリニックもそうですが、どこかダルそうな適当な感じ。親身になってくれる先生に出会ったことはありません。
症例写真も、これ載せて大丈夫？と思うようなものもあるので、先生の質は高くないのかなぁ。
私はメンテ程度に通っていて、先生にはこだわり無いので許容範囲です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドクターの無料カウンセリングが雑過ぎます。機械でも出来るコースの説明だけ。専門用語を知ってる前提で淡々と話されても何も分かりません。
サイトには「無料カウンセリングでは、ニキビのお悩みをはじめ、肌の状態、スキンケアなどをお伺いし、ニキビができてしまう原因や、ニキビ治療の方法について、詳しくご説明いたします。」と書いてありましたが、実際の中身は「治療のコースと料金の提示」でした。
心から治してあげたいと思っていないのに、お客様の事を考え〜みたいな上っ面をサイトに書くのはやめてほしいです。
受付の方の対応、電話対応はとても丁寧で助かりました。それだけに、残念です。

メリットの説明ばかりで痛みがあるとか腫れるとかデメリットを一切説明されない。
先にお金払って施術直前になって初めて看護師の方に「結構痛いけど大丈夫ですか？」と言われ、え、聞いてない…というかんじ。
先生の話が長い。興味がない何十万もする施術を永遠と勧められる。
クレンジングしてる最中なのに呼ばれたり、その後雑誌3冊読み終わるくらい待たされたり、配慮が足りないと感じた。
何の説明もなく何枚も施術前すっぴんの写真を撮られて不快。ビフォーアフターの比較してくれるわけでもなく。
施術のベッドの頭部が下がっていて頭に血がのぼりすごくつらかった。その状態で5分以上待たされ限界。
閉店時間近かったからか、メイク直ししてから帰れると電話予約の時言われたのに、化粧水もつけさせてもらえず終わってすぐ出口に案内された。
二度と行きません。

当日予約でしたが待ち時間はちょこちょこありながらも割とスムーズに施術までしていただけました。
カウンセラーの方もお医者さんも受付の方もすごいお綺麗で、そしてとても親切です！
説明だけ聞きたい施術も詳しく教えて頂けましたし、予算もきちんと伝えたので押し売りとかもありませんでした。
最新のタイタンは体感でだいぶフェイスラインが上がりました。
品川スキンクリニックの他地方の院もいくつか行ってますがここが1番いいですね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料カウンセリングが雑で、痛みや効果、施術回数が確認出来ないまま損しかしませんでした。他の方の意見にある、「機械でも出来るコースの説明だけ」と言われてるのも納得がいくくらいです。
ニキビ治療のためにポテンツァの施術を3回受けても変化を感じず、寧ろ新しいニキビができました。わざわざまた行き、カウンセリングを受け、「ポテンツァの効果はあったんですか？」と尋ねた瞬間察したのか質問に応える訳でもなく「先生に診てもらいましょう」と言って出ていく。先生からは変化はあると言われ、毛穴が引き締まってると言われました。「個人差がある」という便利な言葉を使われました。ボールを握って涙が出るほどの痛みがあるのも説明されないまま3回も受けたポテンツァで15万も払ってこの程度の効果だとは思いませんでした。ポテンツァがHPにあまり載ってないのは効果がはっきりと示せないからだったんでしょうか。カウンセリングが雑すぎるせいでこんなにも痛く、高額な施術をすることになるなんて想定外で、後悔しかしていません。3回後の相談も私のショックを受け入れるわけでもなく、「効果を感じれないのであればポテンツァはやめたほうがいいと思います」と言われ、別の治療法を紹介される。二度と行かないです。

I will never go again.
