「馳走」とは
昔、客にふるまう料理のため、馬を走らせて各地から食材を集めたことからきています。
「馳走 のかぜ」では、日本全国から取り寄せた旬の食材、各地の珍味、佳肴をふんだんに取り入れたお料理を、コースでご提供しています。
＜炭火焼き＞と＜日本酒＞
コースのメインは、旬の野菜と魚、そして厳選和牛の＜炭火焼き＞です。

料理は素材の味を活かした奥深い味わいで、品数も多く、どれも非常に美味しく頂けました。
女将さんの細かなお心遣いが気持ちよく、凛とした静かな店内は京都の奥ゆかしさを感じることもできます。
写真はNGなようですが、そこがまた日常と隔離された空気をだし、とても良いと思います。

ランチはスープとお弁当の二種類。
スープをいただきました。変にこっていなく素材の旨味をとても引き立てていて、美味しくいただきました。

私たち以外にお客さんがいない状況だったので、良くも悪くもひっそりと、大変美味しいコース料理をいただきました。
店内撮影禁止ですのでイメージが湧きづらいかと思いますが、和モダンの料理はオーソドックスでもあり、新しくもありで大満足でした。
日本酒を1/3合単位で注文できたのも良かったです。
大人の隠れ家的なお店として満点ですね。

コロナ対策もしっかりされているお店でした。

カウンター席ではご主人が調理されているのを目の前で見ることができて感動します。盛り付けもとても工夫されていて、視覚も味覚も全て美味しいです。苦手な食べ物もここでなら食べられました。
まさに幸せの味ってこの事だと思います。
個室もありゆっくりと食事を楽しめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you should try this traditional Japanese restaurant. If you’re health oriented and if you love grilled veggies and meats, you will love this restaurant. The chef’s charcoalling technique is super.
The feature is you can experience maiko area atmosphere and antique building.
It’s shame that we’re not allowed to take pictures, but this makes this restaurant all the more mysterious.
