★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚・出産に伴い、手狭になったので新築戸建て(未入居)や中古物件、リノベーション済み物件など内覧させて頂き、その場では決め兼ねて一昼夜悩んだ物件が先約で売り済になってしまったとのことで、別の物件を紹介して頂きました。地元ですので土地勘などがあるため、地質や地形など何点か不安要素があったのですが、過去遡れるだけの浸水記録調査などの依頼も引き受けて下さり、河川からの浸水リスクの観点から見て不安の少ない物件を購入できたと思います。
ただ、こちらは担当者様の意思ではなく、会社の慣習なのかも知れませんが、年始の賀状送付は控えて頂きたい年もありますので…汲んで頂ければと存じます。
