御祭神は菅原道真で、石清水八幡宮を本宮としています。
源頼光の邸内にあった鎮守社がそのおこりです。
鳥居の前の提灯に描かれた2羽のうち1羽だけ口が開いた「あうんの呼吸」の鳩の絵がかわいい❤
また、本殿向かって左横にあった、たくさんの実をつけたザクロが目を引きました。
I visited on October 14, 2009.
The deity is Sugawara no Michizane, and Iwashimizu Hachimangu is the main shrine.
The cause is the guardian shrine in the residence of Minamoto no Yorimitsu.
The picture of the pigeon of "Aun's breathing" with the mouth open only one of the two birds drawn on the lantern in front of the torii is cute ❤
Also, the pomegranate with many fruits on the left side of the main shrine caught my eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮通に面してあるこじんまりした神社です。入り口の左右にある若宮八幡宮と書かれた提灯に描かれた鳩の絵が印象的だった。
創建年代は不明。源頼光の邸内にあったという鎮守社が元にとも伝わります。御祭神は、清和天皇になります。
本殿左手に朱色の鳥居があり権太夫大明神・白菊大明神・吉丸明神・久高明神が祀られています。

There is a vermilion torii gate on the left side of the main shrine, where Gondayu Taifu, Shiragiku Daimyō, Yoshimaru Myojin, and Kudaka Myojin are enshrined.
