昼間は気が付かなかったのですが、良い意味で裏切られました。
大将はこのお店を始める前は、全国各地で寿司の板前さんをされていたそうで鮮魚の仕入れには特に自信があるそうす。
内陸のこの地と言うと失礼ですが、鮮度は高く美味しくて驚きです。
佐野はその昔、遊郭もあったそうで今でもなんとなくその名残りを空気で感じる事が出来ます。
佐野に宿泊して正解でした。

焼鳥は、注文を受けてから串に刺して焼くシステムです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜の17時過ぎに訪問。他には誰もおらず、カウンターに通されました。
とりあえず生と、ささみチーズ、鰯の刺身をオーダー。
気さくな大将と奥様で、いろいろとお話してくれました。静かに飲みたい人には向いてないかも？
話が盛り上がりすぎて、なかなか追加のオーダーができませんでした。
鰯の刺身は生臭さがあり冷たさもなく、あまり美味しくなかったですね。残念…。
後から入ってきた常連さんとのやりとりに、いずらくなったため退席させてもらいました。
あとは、大将がマスクしてないのは気になりました。
ごちそうさまでした。
