やはり、蕎麦だけが気になりました。他はとても美味しいです。蕎麦が硬くツルツルでつゆが絡まず、一生懸命蕎麦の香りを感じようと噛み締めましたが努力報われず。
創業当時の美味しさはもう味わえないかと思うともう入る気は有りません。残念です。

1日20食限定のかき揚げ蕎麦もオススメです。
It is a 100% buckwheat noodle shop with a nice atmosphere like Potsun and a house. The recommended set meal and Kamo Nanban soba were very delicious.
We also recommend the kakiage soba, which is limited to 20 meals a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家風の店で、美味しい蕎麦と天ぷらを食べることができます。平日でも開店後にすぐお客さんが来る人気店です。
かき揚げにはじゃがいもや舞茸や紫蘇が入っていて珍しいです。お蕎麦はもちもちしています。蕎麦湯も飲めて接客もいいですが、トイレがぼっとんでとても寒いのが唯一のマイナスポイントです。
You can eat delicious soba and tempura at the old folk house style shop. It is a popular store where customers come immediately after opening even on weekdays.
Kakiage contains potatoes, maitake mushrooms and shiso, which is unusual. The soba is chewy. You can drink soba hot water and serve customers, but the only negative point is that the toilet is very cold.

おそばに関してはまだまだビギナーですが、歴代トップくらい美味しかったです。
囲炉裏とナマハゲの掛け軸があって、若い娘さんたちが切り盛りしているので活気があります。
少し寒いのでストーブがあればなお良しかとは思いますが、食後は温まりました。
次は大盛りにして、蕎麦湯も頂こうかな。

以前とそばが違う感じがしました。コシと言うより硬い感じが強いそばです。
今日はカツ丼を頂きました。衣はサクサク(水分ふくんだパン粉)でカツは大きく厚い 味は薄目のつゆだくです。卵は余りかき混ぜないで閉じている若干半熟系(卵の生白身が苦手な方は注意) 肉は柔らかくダシの絡んだご飯と良く合いました。 稲荷そばはシッカリ味の染みた稲荷に薄目のつゆをくぐらせ頂きます。中身がそばなので軽く頂けるのが良かったです。

I had a katsudon today. The batter is crispy (bread crumbs with water), the cutlet is large and thick, and the taste is light. The egg is closed without stirring too much (be careful if you are not good at raw egg whites) The meat was tender and went well with the rice entwined with dashi stock. Inari soba is made by passing a thin soup through Inari, which has a crisp taste. Since the contents are soba, it was good to have it lightly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13時半ころ遅い昼食で寄りました。かき揚げ天ざるをいただきました。そば麺は噛み応えがあり後からそばの香りが鼻に広がります。そばつゆはカツオの風味が口に広がります。なんといってもかき揚げは最高でした。揚げたてはさることながらサクサクしていて非常に美味しかったです。塩かけが美味しいと思います。岩塩があれば最高でした。ちなみに沿線の県道302号線は2~3軒のコンビニと1~2軒の食事処しかありません。今回一度は通り過ぎましたが空腹に勝てなかったのもあり、思い切って戻って来店して正解、よかったです。
I stopped by for a late lunch around 13:30. I had a kakiage colander. Soba noodles are chewy and the aroma of soba spreads to your nose later. Soba soup has a bonito flavor that spreads in your mouth. After all, the kakiage was the best. It was crispy as well as freshly fried and it was very delicious. I think the salt is delicious. It was great if there was rock salt. By the way, there are only a few convenience stores and one or two restaurants on Prefectural Road 302 along the line. I passed by once this time, but I couldn't win the hunger, so I took the plunge and came back to the store, and I'm glad that the answer was correct.
