There is no response even if I email. I can't connect even if I call. It is a company that I do not want to be involved in again once I move out of this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も述べてますが電話してもほぼ繋がらない。別な不動産通しても対応が遅い。物件管理が出来てないから、どこの駐車場が開いてるか分かってないし、貸した後は敷地内のごみ出しが悪いところで問い合わせしても、何もしてないのに対応してますの一点張りでゴミはそのままの知らんぷり。対応が悪すぎるのが残念すぎる。
As mentioned by others, I can hardly connect even if I call. Response is slow even through another real estate. I don't know which parking lot is open because I can't manage the property, and even if I make an inquiry in a place where the garbage on the premises is bad after renting it, I can handle it without doing anything. Garbage is just as it is. It's too bad that the correspondence is too bad.

対応も遅いうえに悪い。
トラブルを放置している理由も言わない。
酷すぎます。無駄に掛かった電話代を返して欲しい。
もうこの会社が管理している物件には住みたくないです。
つけられるならば、「星0」「星マイナス」としたいです。
No matter how many times I call, the phone is busy right now. Announcement is played, and it is not connected at first.
Correspondence is slow and bad.
I don't say why I'm leaving the trouble.
It's too cruel. I want you to return the wasted phone bill.
I don't want to live in a property managed by this company anymore.
If it can be attached, I would like to make it "star 0" and "star minus".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が緩慢で低レベルな印象です。電話掛けても担当者が出かけていて、という理由で話が進まず。明日電話しますと言われて待ったが放置。催促2回電話して同じ対応。その場凌ぎ感が強い会社です。不愉快な思いすると思います。
It is a slow and low-level impression. Even if I make a phone call, the person in charge is out, so the story does not proceed. I was told to call tomorrow and waited, but left. Call twice for reminder and respond in the same way. It is a company with a strong sense of on-the-spot. I think it's unpleasant.
