As another person mentioned, a customer here is smoking on the street in front of the shop. It's annoying. Moreover, the person who seems to be the staff of the shop before the opening of the shop is also sick of cigarettes. It's a violation of the ordinance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渋谷区は路上喫煙禁止です。店内が禁煙だか知らないが客を路上で喫煙させるな。しかもガードレールに灰皿まで設置している。頭おかしい。とにかく近隣住民としては大迷惑。
Smoking is prohibited in Shibuya Ward. Don't know if the shop is non-smoking, but don't let customers smoke on the street. Moreover, an ashtray is installed on the guardrail. I'm crazy. Anyway, it's a great nuisance for neighboring residents.
